Sorry Gallup - You're Late
Gallup is pretty late to the conversation about the need for individual employees to own their own engagement. (See post: "Employees Are Responsible for Their Engagement Too.") Yes, managers are critical to the engagement equation, but Gallup's approach doesn't adequately address the role of senior management and individual employees.
