This concept rings very true for me. Over the years I've realized getting upset over events, especially those out of your control, does nothing to help get to a more productive environment. Keeping one's cool and "finding the good," even in bad situations, keeps you competing and puts you in a position to "win." As a coach I always told my players: "Bad things will happen. Don't let it take you mentally out of the game. Go do the next right thing."
